Here is a super easy, super-fast recipe that I make every year for the holidays. I make a double batch and give them as hostess gifts but always keep some back for the family. They make a perfect bar snack!
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• ½ tsp chilli powder
• ¼ tsp cayenne
• 1 tsp paprika
• 4c cashews
In a large fry pan, melt butter. Add the spices and cook, stirring for 30 seconds.
Add the cashews and stir to coat with the spice mixture.
Spread out in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
Bake in a 350° for five minutes. Let cool and store in a sealed container for up to one week.
